All of our sakés are classed in the superior ‘Special Designation’ category of quality, ensuring the fine, artisanal nature of the sake is preserved by adhering to strict production methods.
Our brewing partner is the Nakashima Brewing Company, whose signature labe, Kozaemon, is handmade in the mountain of Japan’s Gifu prefecture. With a family brewing history spanning over 300 years, this boutique brewery’s dedication to its craft and the quality of its product can be expreienced through our saké selection.
Kozaemon Nakashima has generously introduced us to a further handful of small, family owned breweries located throughout Japan, all producing regionally distinct, boutique sake.
