The In Bloom cocktail heros Roku gin combines six Japanese botanicals – cherry blossoms, cherry leaves, green tea (sencha), refined green tea (gyokuro), sanshō pepper, and yuzu – alongside traditional gin botanicals.

IN BLOOM
Ingredients:
- 30ml Roku gin
- 10ml lychee liquor
- 30ml lime juice
- 3 lychees
- 20ml sakura syrup
- 10ml eggwhite garnish
To garnish:
- 2 lychees
- Sakura perfume
Method: Spoon some sakura syrup into the middle of a coupe glass. Then muddle three lychees in a cocktail shaker tin. Add remaining ingredients to the tin and shake well. Double strain and serve in a prepared coupe glass. Garnish with two skewered lychees and spritz with sakura perfume.
