Saké The Rocks is honoured to host Chef Tatsuya Fukuda, Founder and Head Chef of MOON & BACK, for an exclusive collaboration from February 23rd to March 1st.

With four thriving venues across Japan, MOON & BACK is celebrated for its modern expression of Japanese tradition; 

Blending precision and technique with a thoughtful, inclusive approach that ensures diners with different dietary needs can share the same experience, with menus developed to accommodate vegan and gluten-free options without compromise.
Settle in at the bar for Chef Tatsuya’s signature ramen bowl — comforting, expressive, and crafted with meticulous attention.

Or take your seat at the chef’s counter for a refined omakase, including a deeply satisfying bowl of ramen to complete the experience. All omakase guests will also receive a MOON & BACK branded soup spoon to take home.
